Very disappointedI gave my daughter money for her good school grades to buy a blue jeans haerin bluebook from the Brisbane store. She came home took the wrapping off and said there is stuff missing. Id card and 5 photos. We rang the store and she said sorry we can't help you if you don't have an unboxing video. Now I wasted money and have a sad daughter, what a joke. Since when can a company sell a product with missing things and not offer a refund. It's criminal, I would have driven back into the city to return it but still no. Very sad
